"Mr. President and Dear Brother, following your brilliant re-election to the Supreme Magistracy of your great country, the Democratic and Popular Algerian Republic, during the presidential election of September 7, 2024, I have the immense pleasure to addressing, on behalf of the National Council for the Protection of the contry (CNSP), of the Government, of the Nigerien people and on my behalf, to Your Excellency, my sincere congratulations and my wishes for full success in the accomplishment of your high and exalting mission.

By renewing their trust in You, the Algerian People have just demonstrated their satisfaction for the great achievements recorded by Algeria under Your previous mandate as well as for the qualitative improvement in the well-being of the Algerian populations.

Also, based on the excellence of our bilateral relations and our common desire to further strengthen them, I express the hope that together, under this new mandate, we will work, in accordance with our previous, to translate them into concrete actions for the benefit of our two brother peoples and for the socio-economic development of our dear continent.

With this in mind, I am pleased to reiterate to Your Excellency my complete availability to work, in concert with You, for the realization of major projects to which our two countries attach the greatest importance".
